Description: There is a large toon tree in front of my house, and it is at least thirty or forty years old now. When I was a child, every year in spring, there was always an endless toon, which was used for cold salad and scrambled eggs, which was full of the taste of spring. Today, I suddenly found out that the fruit and vegetable store I frequented sells toons, so I bought them immediately, and even if I am in a foreign land, I don't want to miss the taste of spring.
1. Wash the toons.
2. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil and sprinkle 1/4 tablespoon of salt and a little oil. After the pot is boiling, add the toons and cook for one minute to remove.
3. Drain the cooked toon with cool water, dry it by hand and cut off the roots.
4. Cut the toon into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Cut two cloves of minced garlic and set aside.
5. Add ingredients (based on the spoon 🥄 used for normal meals): 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/4 tablespoon five-spice powder, 1/4 tablespoon chicken essence, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon white sesame seeds, a few peppercorns, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 dried chilies. You can add a drop or two of sesame oil.
6. Heat some hot oil and pour over the ingredients. (The amount of oil ensures that the chili flakes, minced garlic, and white sesame seeds can be poured on it)
7. Stir well, you can taste the taste of spring~ (but the greenhouse toon sold now is not as delicious as the door at 😂 home)
