新京報訊 據“湛江發佈”微信公眾號消息,4月5日上午,隨著最後一板無砟軌道道床板澆築完成,廣湛高鐵湛江灣海底隧道全面完成19.2公里(單線長9600米)的無砟軌道施工任務,為廣湛高鐵的後續鋪軌貫通和全線通車創造了有利條件。

 

"The construction of the ballastless track of the Zhanjiang Bay Submarine Tunnel requires high precision and complex technology, which is the last process before the railway track is laid, which is of great significance to the opening and operation of the line. The entire ballastless track construction area spans the Potou District and Xiashan District, during which it crosses the 2500-meter Zhanjiang Bay sea area, and the ballastless track construction task of the Zhanjiang Bay Submarine Tunnel of the Guangzhan High-speed Railway has been successfully completed. Liu Xin, chief engineer of the first bid project in front of the Guangzhan high-speed rail station of the 14th Bureau of China Railway, said that in the next step, the Zhanjiang Bay undersea tunnel project of the Guangzhan high-speed rail will be transferred to the construction stage of track laying and power communication, laying the foundation for the follow-up joint commissioning and joint test.

 

It is reported that ballastless track construction is a vital part of railway construction, and its quality directly affects the stability, safety and comfort of train operation. Zhu Ronghua, the manager of the project area, introduced that the ballastless track construction of the Zhanjiang Bay Submarine Tunnel Project adopts the advanced CPIII control network measurement and design technology to achieve millimeter-level precision control and effectively improve the accuracy and stability of the track slab construction. During the construction process, faced with the narrow space in the submarine tunnel and the difficulty in transporting construction equipment and materials, the project team optimized the construction plan, strengthened safety control, implemented SOP standard operating procedures, and promoted the construction of the ballastless track of the tunnel with high standards and high quality.

 

The Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed railway is an important part of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network, with a total length of 350 kilometers and a design speed of 0 kilometers per hour. After the completion of the project, a one-and-a-half-hour "traffic circle" from the central urban area of Guangzhou to the central urban area of Zhanjiang can be realized, which will greatly shorten the time and space distance between western Guangdong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and inject new vitality into the transportation development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
