In 2016 years, the "Core Literacy of Chinese Student Development" was officially released, which divided the basic connotation of core literacy into six aspects: humanistic heritage, scientific spirit, learning to learn, healthy life, responsibility, and practical innovation. Experts pointed out that the so-called "core literacy of student development" refers to the necessary character and key abilities that students should possess to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development, and is the comprehensive performance of students' knowledge, skills, emotions, attitudes, values and other requirements, and is the indispensable common quality that every student needs to achieve a successful life and adapt to personal lifelong development and social development. Under the background of the national double reduction and double new policies, the cultivation of students' core literacy is an important topic in the basic education stage. All schools should carry out curriculum construction with the direction and goal of cultivating students' core literacy, follow the law of student growth and the needs of social progress, build a curriculum objective system based on the fundamental task of education, and systematically design a training program covering the core literacy system, so as to reflect the unique educational value of the curriculum and the common educational requirements, and form a clear, orderly and evaluable curriculum goal.

Clarify the training goals of students' core literacy. To cultivate students' core literacy, we should first clarify what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate them. In the basic education stage, the reform should be steadily promoted according to the characteristics of students themselves and the requirements of national policies, and differentiated training goals and programs should be set at each stage, so as to cultivate talents step by step and from shallow to deep, so as to promote the all-round development of students' morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor. From the perspective of students' own characteristics, students at this stage have rapid physical and mental growth, initial formation of values, active thinking, rich emotions, and are easily affected and impacted by various values. Therefore, teachers should guide students positively, strengthen the education of core socialist values, help them form good habits and thinking concepts, look at the development of things dialectically, and lay a solid foundation for their growth.

Strengthen students' learning ability. Learning is an important way to achieve personal development, and it is also a powerful guarantee to promote social development. At the basic education stage, teachers should not only help students master theoretical knowledge and skills, but also teach students how to learn, guide students to draw inferences from others, so that they can use these methods to solve different problems independently in the future learning process. First of all, it is necessary to stimulate students' motivation for learning, enhance their curiosity and desire to explore, and exercise their learning perseverance. Secondly, attention should be paid to learning methods to cultivate students' abilities from various aspects, such as carrying out project-based learning. Project-based learning is a new type of learning method, which relies on a certain subject problem to carry out practical activities through research, experimentation, design, etc. Among them, the research project requires students to use various investigation methods, on the basis of collecting complete data and data, to sort out and classify objective information, and deeply analyze the causes of phenomena from the surface to the deep layer, such as focusing on the high-quality development of the food industry, the promotion of digital agricultural technology, agricultural rural revitalization and other topics, and exercise students' ability to see the essence through the phenomenon. Experimental projects solve existing problems by using the theories or hypotheses learned, or find the deficiencies of theories or hypotheses in experiments, improve and innovate them, so that they can apply the knowledge they have learned to practical projects and improve students' learning transformation. The design project emphasizes the creativity and hands-on ability of students, and on the basis of clarifying the problem, designing the scheme and model according to a certain creative logic and concept, which is conducive to expressing the problem in a visual way and strengthening the use of students' learning methods. These learning methods can be used in combination to help students develop good study habits and improve their overall literacy.

The three major fields are cultivated together. The cultivation of students' core literacy is a complex system engineering, which runs through students' lives from the perspective of time. From the perspective of space, it extends to the whole society. Therefore, the cultivation of core literacy requires the coordination of multiple forces, giving full play to the role of school, family and society, and implementing core literacy into school education, family education and social education. The main place for the cultivation of students' core literacy in the basic education stage is the school, in which teachers play a leading role. Teachers should not only teach subject knowledge, but also have good learning ability, humanistic quality and moral character, and play a leading and exemplary role. Family is the main field of students' life and growth, and parents should have a correct cultivation mentality, establish a correct concept of education, and create a good family atmosphere. The society is the main field for students to carry out internship practice, providing a platform for students to grow and exercise, so that students can increase their knowledge and enrich their experience in internship practice. Social organizations should improve the standards for selecting talents in accordance with the requirements for the cultivation of core literacy, and fairly and objectively evaluate the level of students. The three fields should be closely connected to form a cultivation mechanism for joint education, so as to realize full education, full education, and all-round education. Coordinate and cooperate in the cultivation content, maintain consistency in the cultivation direction, and closely connect the cultivation time and space, so as to enhance students' ability in learning, life and practice, and internalize practical experience into their own literacy. In the basic education stage, the cultivation of students' core literacy is a deepening process, and it is necessary to internalize external knowledge and skills into self-cultivation in order to truly achieve the effect of educating people.

Knowledge and skills are deeply integrated. Schools should carry out education and teaching according to the quality and ability of social development needs, with curriculum learning as the core, supplemented by core literacy cultivation, and attach importance to the integration of knowledge and skills. Schools should focus on knowledge learning and enhance students' ability to absorb knowledge during teaching. In the selection of teaching methods, the needs and circumstances of students should be considered, and the methods that students like to see should be adopted to entertain and teach. Extracurricular activities are an extracurricular extension of classroom teaching, which can broaden students' horizons through practical activities, enable students to connect what they have learned in class with real-world problems, and improve students' ability to absorb and apply knowledge. At the same time, schools should also make reasonable use of their spare time to carry out competitions, volunteer services and other activities to enrich extracurricular activities. Social practice should focus on practical experience and application, encourage students to go out of the campus, go to enterprises, government units and other places to carry out practice, consolidate and deepen the knowledge learned through practical experience, and improve students' sense of practice and social participation. The deep integration of knowledge and skills can further improve students' moral literacy, practical level and value judgment ability.

The cultivation of students' core literacy is not achieved overnight, and should be integrated and solidly promoted. Basic education should adhere to the people-oriented education concept, formulate targeted training strategies according to the individual differences of students, take the initiative to discover the shining points of each student, and strive to tap the potential ability of each person.
