15000 breeding shrimp have been put on the market, Dongguan's "lobster freedom" is coming?

At the foot of the Silver Bottle Mountain in Xie Gang Town in spring, a pond of spring water is flooded with new hope.

近日，謝崗鎮澳洲淡水藍龍蝦養殖基地迎來重要進展——首批15000尾種蝦已成功投放，部分蝦苗順利孵化。這個總投資超千萬元的現代農業專案正式進入規模化生產週期，標誌著東莞淡水藍龍蝦規模化養殖邁入新階段。

4月8日，記者在澳洲淡水藍龍蝦養殖基地看到，育苗區配置了冬棚溫控系統、迴圈水孵化網池及智慧增氧設備，與傳統土塘養殖形成鮮明對比。冬棚內，技術員正在投喂生物飼料，並不時查看種蝦以及剛剛孵化的蝦苗活動情況。

The base adopts the constant temperature technology of the winter shed, which stabilizes the water temperature at about 28 °C, and cooperates with the hatchery net pool, aeration equipment and microbial filter bed, which greatly improves the reproductive cycle and frequency of the shrimp seedlings, as well as the survival rate and quality rate of shrimp seedlings. At the same time, the grid culture mode can not only protect shrimp seedlings from natural enemies, but also facilitate the precise regulation of nutrient supply at different growth stages.

“預計5月中旬我們將有一批苗種上市，10月中旬可收穫首批成蝦，其中70g~75g規格的成蝦因市場需求旺盛，將成為主打產品。後續也會根據養殖戶，還有我們自身的需求，再做進一步詳細的規劃。”廖峰透露，隨著消費需求增長，澳洲淡水藍龍蝦養殖在東莞快速擴張，本地規模化養殖也將重塑供應鏈。

據介紹，此前東莞全市澳洲藍龍蝦養殖面積約1000畝，隨著今年各鎮街農戶加入，總面積有望突破3000畝，未來規劃逐步擴展至1萬畝養殖水體。“隨之而來的是，市場對苗種的需求量將會超過5000萬尾，我們也會陸續產出種苗投入市場，供應給周邊意向農戶和養殖企業，同時提供技術輸出並整合銷售管道。”廖峰說。

According to the plan, the base realizes the recycling of tailwater through "three ponds and two dams" (ecological purification tank, aeration and oxidation tank, sedimentation tank and filtration dam), and at the same time supports the construction of science education and technology exchange center, aiming to build a modern agricultural complex integrating production demonstration, scientific research and training, and industrial linkage.

In the future, the base will use technology output to drive surrounding farmers to participate in blue lobster farming through the industrial synergy model of "enterprise + farmer", improve the economic income of farmers, and extend the industrial chain at the same time, driving the development of supporting industries such as feed processing and cold chain logistics.
