因甬莞-莞佛高速公路常平至虎門段及虎門港支線一期改擴建工程建設需要，需對位於大朗鎮新馬蓮村仁孝一路上跨甬莞高速（G1523）主線的永安園分離高架橋進行拆除重建。東莞市路橋公司發出公告，為保證改擴建工程順利推進，根據施工需要，定於2025年4月19日9時至2025年4月20日9時止對甬莞高速（G1523）主線大有園樞紐至常平樞紐段實行臨時封閉交通管制，禁止一切行人、車輛通行。請廣大司乘人員密切關注交通動態，合理安排出行計劃和選擇出行路線。

The closed section starts from the Dayouyuan hub and ends at the Changping hub, with a closed mileage of about 4.0km. The specific closures are as follows:

(1) Closing the left turn ramp of the Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway of Dayouyuan Hub South into Yongguan Expressway, the right turn ramp of North into Yongguan Expressway, and half of the eastbound Yongguan Expressway;

(2) Closing the right-turn ramp of Changping Interchange into Yongguan Expressway;

(3) Closure of the right turn ramp of the Dongguan East Toll Station of Changping Hub into the Yongguan Expressway, the westbound distribution lane (you can drive out of the expressway from the Dongguan East Toll Station), the left turn ramp from the north of the Dongguan-Shenzhen Expressway into the Yongguan Expressway, and the right-turn ramp of the Yongguan Expressway from the south (you can drive out of the expressway from the Dongguan East Toll Station), and half a width of the eastbound Yongguan Expressway;

3. Suggested detour routes

(1) Detour paths for transit vehicles

Transit vehicles mainly detour through the Guanfan Expressway, the Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway, the Huitang Expressway, and the Dongguan-Shenzhen Expressway.

Detour route 1: Guanfo Expressway - Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway - Guanfan Expressway - Congguan-Shenzhen Expressway - Yongguan Expressway;

Detour route 2: Dongguan-Foshan Expressway - Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway - Huitang Expressway - Congguan-Shenzhen Expressway - Yongguan Expressway.

Bypass path for cross-border vehicles

(2) Detour routes for entry and exit vehicles

Inbound and outbound vehicles are mainly diverted through north-south local roads and Guanglong and Guanfan expressways.

1. External diversion of Dalingshan area: Dongguan-Foshan Expressway - Dalingshan Interchange - Houda Road / Wanchang Road - Dalingshan West Interchange - Guanglong Expressway.

2. Songshan Lake area external diversion: Dongguan-Foshan Expressway - Songshan Lake Interchange - Dayouyuan Hub - Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway - Liaobu Hub - Guanfan Expressway.

2. Dalang and Changping area external diversion path 0: Yongguan Expressway - Changping hub - from Dongguan-Shenzhen Expressway - Changping North Interchange - Hehuiguan Expressway; Diversion path 0: Yongguan Expressway - Changping Interchange - Huanchang West Road - Changping West Interchange - Guanfan Expressway.

Internal traffic in the area directly affected by the closure section is mainly detoured through local roads along the route.

Circumambulation Road Diameter 1: Guanfo Expressway - Songshan Lake Interchange - Ping'an Road - Dalang Shuixin Road - Guanzhang Road / Fumin South Road - Gongchang Road - Changping Interchange - Yongguan Expressway;

Detour route 2: Dongguan-Foshan Expressway - Dayouyuan Hub - Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway - Huangjiang Interchange - Gongchang Road - Changping Interchange - Yongguan Expressway.
