Since the promulgation of the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Spirit of Educators and Strengthening the Construction of High-quality Professional Teachers in the New Era", the construction of high-quality professional teachers has attracted extensive attention and in-depth research. What is a highly qualified professional teacher? The high-quality specialization of teachers in the new era is mainly embodied in the "four-dimensional knowledge": body-based wisdom, conditional wisdom, practical knowledge, and cultural knowledge. The "four-dimensional knowledge and ability" support and promote each other, and together constitute the basic quality framework of high-quality professional teachers. Only by constantly consolidating one's own "four-dimensional knowledge" can one truly become a high-quality and professional teacher.
Improve ontological knowledge and ensure that "teaching is correct". Ontological knowledge is the knowledge related to the essence of disciplines such as subject concepts, laws, methods, and thoughts, which is the premise for teachers to guide students to correctly construct subject knowledge, and it is also the basic guarantee for avoiding teaching wrong subject knowledge and ensuring the quality of subject teaching. If the ontological knowledge of teachers is not deep, it may lead to superficial teaching, hardening, and even intellectual errors. In addition, teachers' ontological knowledge is also an important factor affecting students' subject emotion and subject interest. Only by continuously learning and improving their ontological knowledge, having solid subject knowledge and deeply understanding the essence of subject knowledge, can teachers lay a solid disciplinary foundation for the sustainable development of students.
Complement conditional knowledge and promote the "church". Conditional knowledge refers to the knowledge of pedagogy, psychology, and pedagogy required to carry out education and teaching, which can help teachers understand the characteristics of students' cognitive development, learning motivation, thinking process, emotional needs, etc., and reasonably plan teaching content, arrange teaching progress, and choose teaching methods. Teachers with strong conditional knowledge pay more attention to the fit between the knowledge formation process and the laws of students' cognitive development when designing teaching activities, and are better at capturing students' learning psychology and thinking changes from students' words and deeds, so as to design teaching activities that are more in line with students' psychological characteristics and cognitive laws, and efficiently complete teaching tasks, so as to guide students to better grasp subject knowledge.
Strengthen practical knowledge and realize "teaching well". Practical knowledge refers to the situational, personalized experience and wisdom of using ontological knowledge and conditional knowledge accumulated in the practice of education and teaching, which is the deep integration of teachers' wisdom and teaching art. In teaching practice, teachers are confronted with individual students with different learning styles, interests, preferences, and ability levels. This flexibility is not only reflected in the innovation of teaching methods and means, but also in the dynamics, flexibility and pertinence of specific analysis of specific problems. The rise of digital tools, online learning platforms, and AI technology has provided new possibilities and means for teaching practice, and provided strong support for teachers to reflect on and improve teaching effectiveness. Teachers should constantly update their knowledge and skills, flexibly respond to various teaching situations, creatively adopt teaching strategies that are in line with the characteristics of the times, and constantly summarize and refine their own teaching practice experience.
Enrich cultural knowledge and pursue "teaching and living". Teachers with profound cultural knowledge can expand the depth and breadth of teaching content, make the classroom a bridge between the real world and subject knowledge, closely link knowledge with real life, history and culture, make the classroom richer and more diverse, and make the teaching form more vivid and interesting, so that students can learn "out of the textbook" and feel the unique charm of the integration of knowledge with the real world and other disciplines. Enhance the intrinsic motivation of learning, enhance critical thinking and integrated innovation capabilities. Teachers should continue to enrich their knowledge reserves and broaden their horizons by continuing to read extensively, participating in cultural activities, carrying out interdisciplinary learning and exchanges, and learning to use modern information technology, so as to better enhance students' intrinsic motivation and comprehensive literacy in teaching.
