  本報訊(通訊員魏俊輝)4月12日,紅蓮湖中心幼兒園教師團隊走進省直機關湯遜湖周店幼稚園,以“對話兒童 看見兒童”為主題,開啟一場沉浸式環境創設學習之旅。此次活動通過理念碰撞、案例剖析與實地探訪,深入探討兒童視角下的環境創設策略,為推進武鄂學前教育協同發展提供了實踐樣本。

At the beginning of the activity, Zhao Jifang, a teacher from Zhoudian Kindergarten, gave a theme report on "Dialogue Environment and Seeing Children - Thinking from "Decoration" to "Education". From the micro color matching to the macro spatial planning, the report systematically explained the educational connotation of environmental creation, supplemented by vivid classroom practice cases, which aroused the in-depth thinking of the teachers present. Subsequently, the teachers went into each class and started the "detective" environmental creation observation, focusing on how to reflect children's subjectivity through environmental design.

The heads of kindergartens on both sides said that they would take this exchange as an opportunity to further improve the cooperation mechanism of "resource co-research, teacher co-training, and children's co-growth", jointly improve the quality of preschool education, and provide a better educational environment for the healthy growth of children.
