人民網北京4月15日電 近日，北京師範大學2025年“圓夢工程”——農村未成年人心理健康教育志願服務項目啟動暨專案實施研討會在北京師範大學召開。

據介紹，該專案旨在為農村地區的心理健康教育提供專業支持與指導，推動農村未成年人心理健康教育的普及化、科學化與規範化發展。2025年“圓夢工程”專案以農村未成年人為重點受益人群，通過“省-地市-區縣學校”四級聯動，搭建家校社心育體系，引領區域心理健康教育工作專業發展。項目預計培養2000名心育教師，惠及20萬名學生。

受中宣部文明培育局委託，2025年“圓夢工程”專案在河北省、山西省、河南省、四川省、貴州省、雲南省六省開展。各地市根據具體情況推薦了實施區縣和心育學校作為專案推進單位，共覆蓋15個實施區縣，150所心育學校。

The reporter learned that the project was undertaken by the China Collaborative Innovation Center for Basic Education Quality Monitoring of Beijing Normal University, and the main work this year includes: promoting the construction of regional "education associations" and organizing professional teams to go deep into rural schools and communities to popularize mental health knowledge; Carry out common psychological screenings and assessments for minors in rural areas; In response to problems such as student bullying, school boredom and refusal to go to school, and excessive use of mobile phones and electronic products, the focus is on creating a positive psychological environment in rural schools and rural children's palace schools; Provide teachers with interdisciplinary collaborative education training and integrated multidisciplinary education activity programs; Carry out a variety of mental health activities to help primary and secondary school students learn to accept themselves, improve self-confidence, and establish a positive outlook on life and values.

"Mental health education is an important part of the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, and it is also an important starting point for promoting educational equity and rural revitalization." Liu Changxu, vice president of Beijing Normal University, said that the "Dream Realization Project" has been implemented in many places in the past 2024 years, which has been widely recognized by teachers, students and parents, and has accumulated valuable experience. Beijing Normal University will continue to integrate professional resources and innovate models to provide scientific, systematic and sustainable psychological support services for more rural minors.
