For example, in terms of food types, the average food types provided by primary and secondary school students aged 0-0 are not less than 0 kinds per day and no less than 0 kinds per week, so as to achieve a variety of foods; In terms of nutrition, it is necessary to scientifically match meals based on students' nutritional health status and physical activity level to ensure that the average daily food supply meets the requirements of the standard, and the recipes with the amount should be publicized to the teachers, students and parents of the school one week in advance.
In addition, in terms of feeding, Guangxi compulsory education school canteens and collective meal distribution units should be equipped with full-time (part-time) food safety management personnel and nutrition and health management personnel, responsible for the design and preparation of recipes, as well as the management of the whole process from raw material procurement, processing and production to feeding, to ensure food safety in primary and secondary schools.
