地鐵6號線常態化快遞運輸的總體安排與去年9月開展的試點工作基本一致：不調整列車運行、不影響乘客出行；每天下午4點左右的平峰時段，工作人員從桂花西路站乘坐列車，單程運輸一批順豐“同城半日達”快遞至偉業路站，用時約50分鐘。

A few minutes later, a train bound for Goji Lane arrived on time, and the subway staff immediately pushed the special cage car into a fixed position at the front of the locomotive.

"During the transportation process, we require the cage to be parked in the specified area of the head compartment, and the cage is 'triple fixed' through locks, wheel stoppers and safety belts, and is supervised by a special person throughout the process to ensure safety." Shi Liqiang, deputy general manager of Hangzhou Metro Operating Company Passenger Transport No. 2 Company, said.

Compared with the pilot period, what has been "upgraded" is that the courier brother no longer needs to be "accompanied" to Weiye Road Station throughout the whole process, but is "escorted" by the subway staff. After the express arrives at Weiye Road Station, the subway staff and the courier brother in the area will hand over it.

"Now it is also necessary for the courier brother to go to Weiye Road Station to pick up the express, and then it may be put into unmanned vehicles for transportation to further improve transportation efficiency." Huang Yujun introduced.

根據去年試點階段和本次常態化開展初期效果評估，地鐵運輸快遞較公路運輸，在有效節約人工、車輛等綜合成本的基礎上，還可提速10—15分鐘，為“同城半日達”業務提供了可靠保障。黃玉軍表示，此前順豐“同城半日達”的截單時間是下午2點30分，現在可延遲至3點，客戶寄件時間更寬鬆。
