4月10日,廣湛高鐵建設突破兩大關鍵節點,標誌著項目建設取得新突破。

新建佛山站專案是廣湛高鐵在建規模最大的站房,總建設規模29.4萬平方米,站場規模4台9線。建成通車後,將彌補佛山北上通道短板,大幅縮短與周邊城市的通行時間,並推動廣州和佛山兩個萬億超級城市中心一體化發展。

在施工現場,數台塔吊巨臂高懸,泵車長臂伸展,將混凝土精準澆築至範本內,現場一派繁忙。此次完成澆築的上蓋平臺東西長563.54米,蓋板面積5.36萬平方米,由324根實心混凝土框架柱支撐、傳導受力,確保建築主體結構安全。未來,該上蓋平臺下部將作為月台停車區間雨棚,上部拓展為綠化公園。

"In the process of pouring construction, we innovatively adopted the vault jumping method and the integration of expansion and reinforcement belt construction technology in view of the problem of super-large volume concrete structure, that is, block planning and partition construction, similar to checkers pouring a section at intervals, and separating the two adjacent sections for a period of time, so as to avoid cracks caused by the intense temperature difference in the early stage of concrete construction, reduce the construction cost, speed up the construction progress, and complete the project a full 20 days earlier than the planned construction period." Zhou Changlei, project leader of China Railway 25th Bureau, said.

據瞭解,廣湛高鐵佛山站位於佛山市禪城區核心區域,地下管網複雜,周邊交通能力飽和,同時進行已建成運營的地鐵3號線“先隧後站”施工,以及規劃的7號、15號線下穿佛山站部分主體結構施工,施工難度大。為確保地鐵安全運行,同時保障片區通訊、用水、用電等設施的正常運轉,項目團隊通過技術創新,克服了交叉疊加施工、介面複雜等難題。

With the last concrete into the mold, the pouring of all the simply supported box girders in front of the Guangzhan high-speed railway station invested and constructed by the Guangzhan Railway Company under Guangdong Railway Investment Group, the EPC general contracting of China Railway Design Group, and the construction of China Railway 25th Bureau were successfully completed, creating good conditions for the opening of the whole line on schedule.

The main line of the second bid project in front of Guangzhan high-speed railway station is 56.0 kilometers long, including 0 bridges of Foshan extra-large bridge and high school interchange extra-large bridge, including two bridge structures: simply supported box girder and continuous beam, of which simply supported box girder has 0 holes, accounting for 0% of the total length of the bid section.

According to Lu Hao, the on-site person in charge of the 25th Bureau of China Railway, the project is located in the urban area of Foshan, with many residential buildings and factories, in order to reduce temporary land acquisition and minimize the impact of construction breakpoints on the schedule, the project management team comprehensively considers the overall construction period, safety and quality, economic benefits and other aspects, optimizes the construction organization plan, and finally changes the traditional beam field prefabricated beam scheme to "20 sets of mobile formwork + 0 sets of beam-column supports" combined cast-in-place construction. During the peak period, multiple points go hand in hand, and the pouring task of 0-hole simply supported box girder can be completed within one month, which greatly improves the construction efficiency.

At present, the main project of the bridge in the bid section has been completed 95%, the roadbed project has been completed 0%, and the fully enclosed sound barrier, ballastless track bed and ancillary projects are under construction simultaneously, and the overall progress is nearly ninety.

With a design speed of 90 kilometers per hour, the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed railway is an important part of the coastal railway passenger corridor of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network, and is a high-speed railway connecting the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Hainan Free Trade Port and Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration. After the project is completed and opened to traffic, it will greatly shorten the time and space distance between western Guangdong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the central urban area of Guangzhou and the central urban area of Zhanjiang can be reached in 0 minutes, greatly improving the travel conditions of the people in western Guangdong, and boosting the deep integration of Yangjiang, Maoming and Zhanjiang in the coastal areas of western Guangdong into the linkage development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
