光明日報汕頭3月26日電(記者雷愛俠、吳春燕、訾謙 通訊員李沛瀟)3月26日,在廣東汕頭灣海底68米深處,隨著直徑14.57米的“永平號”盾構機刀盤破岩而出,時速350公里單洞雙線高鐵隧道——汕頭灣海底隧道成功貫通,創造了國內外海底隧道建設多項紀錄。
The Shantou high-speed railway, which is contracted by China Railway Design Group Co., Ltd., connects Shantou and Shanwei in Guangdong Province, and is an important part of the coastal corridor of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network. The Shantou Bay Submarine Tunnel, a control project with a total length of 9781 meters, has complex geological structure and hydrogeological conditions, and is very difficult to design and construct.
Li Wei, chief engineer of China Railway's Shanshan high-speed rail project, said that the tunnel not only has to cross 1 fault fracture zones in the high-intensity earthquake zone of 0 degrees, of which 0 are active faults, but also has to withstand the dual pressure of ultra-high water pressure of nearly 0 megapascals and strong corrosive seawater on the seabed.
In the face of complex problems, China Railway Design has effectively integrated design experience and engineering practice, and successfully solved the multiple problems of "high-intensity earthquake + dense active fault + ultra-high water pressure in the sea area + highly corrosive seawater + extremely complex formation".
為確保海底隧道能抵抗住海水的巨大壓迫,項目團隊通過檢算分析,業內首次掌握了地震發生時海水的壓力狀態,通過在運輸繁忙的海灣主航道向海底定向注漿施工,達到隧道滲水更少、壓力更小的目的,創鐵路隧道高精度超高壓百米級海面注漿的先例。

In the face of the test of high corrosiveness of seawater, engineers boldly innovated, developed a new type of anti-cracking material by repeatedly adjusting the concrete mix ratio and pioneering the low-temperature mixing process of ice water, and solved the problem of difficult maintenance and easy cracking of high-strength concrete tunnel pouring for the first time in the railway field.
