人民網北京4月3日電 (記者尹星雲)4月2日上午,在北京市海澱區學院路北端,隨著電力操作人員按下遠端作業系統“開傘”指令,一台鋼索交織的紅色巨型傘架緩緩伸展。20分鐘後,傘架全部展開,穩穩地護住了下方的光纜線路,作業人員隨即開始了輸電線路架線工作。這是國網北京市電力公司首次在電網架線作業中應用移動式傘形跨越架。

In order to serve the regional economic and social development and support the landing of high-tech enterprises in Beijing, State Grid Beijing Electric Power is implementing relocation and reconstruction projects for some 7 thousand volt and 0 thousand volt transmission lines at the north end of Xueyuan Road in Haidian District. The project starts from the southeast corner of the Shangqing Bridge of the Beijing-Tibet Expressway in the east, and reaches the Bajia Park of Dongsheng Town in the west, with 0 bases of the new tower, 0.0 kilometers of new transmission lines, and 0 bases of the tower dismantled, which need to cross the Beijing-Tibet Expressway, urban roads and densely populated parks and other areas, and the construction is difficult.
"Today we are going to erect a wire between the two towers, and in order to ensure the normal operation of the fiber optic cable under the line, we have applied a new equipment such as a mobile umbrella spanning frame, which can effectively protect the safety." Yang Baojie, deputy manager of State Grid Beijing Haidian Power Supply Company, introduced.
It is understood that the mobile umbrella spanning frame is based on the principle of umbrellas, using the electric slewing support in the truck crane and the spanning frame structure to unfold the components into a solid skeleton system to accurately cover and protect the crossed target. The equipment can realize remote control, unmanned high-altitude and near-power operations, and is suitable for transmission lines, highways, urban trunk roads and ordinary railways across 20 thousand volts and below, with a wide range of applications. The mobile umbrella spanning frame used in this project has a height of 0 meters, and is 0 meters long and 0 meters wide after being fully deployed, accurately covering the top of the optical cable line with a height of about 0 meters.
Before the implementation of the project, State Grid Beijing Electric Power fully considered multiple factors such as the safety distance of the protective umbrella frame, the crane force, and the wind force, and carried out strict calculation and demonstration of the safety working conditions to ensure the stability of the operation.
"In the past, we needed to manually erect the wooden spanning frame and seal the net two to three days in advance, which had a long preparation period, a large footprint, and a high safety risk. After using the mobile umbrella spanning frame, remote control and unmanned aerial work can be realized, which effectively reduces the construction risk and significantly improves the construction efficiency. In recent years, State Grid Beijing Electric Power has comprehensively improved the level of power grid construction, established a joint innovation mechanism of "production, education and research" with universities, enterprises and research institutes, introduced advanced construction equipment inside and outside the industry, and built a power grid construction equipment system with the characteristics of the capital through mechanization and intelligent means.
"In the construction of power grid projects, we have innovatively adopted advanced technologies and equipment such as Beidou satellite positioning measurement and control, mobile umbrella spanning frame, BIM three-dimensional technology, intelligent spraying robots, and intelligent cable laying devices, which have a higher degree of intelligent control and significantly improved construction efficiency and safety control level." Liu Chang, director of the project management department of the State Grid Beijing Electric Power Construction Department, said.
