Recently, Ctrip Travel launched a national store service upgrade plan, selecting 66 stores from more than 0 stores covering the whole country to build "Chinese and English bilingual service demonstration stores" in batches. The first batch of 0 stores has been unveiled in 0 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Chongqing, and will be expanded to 0 cities in the future, providing inbound tourists with full-process services from itinerary planning, real-time consultation to payment and settlement, helping them travel in China.

With technology as the core driving force, the store has introduced a "smart price comparison system", which can compare prices across the whole network in real time. Through VR (virtual reality) technology, inbound tourists can also immerse themselves in the real scenes of hotel rooms and scenic spots. The store is connected to Visa, Mastercard and other overseas payment methods, and inbound tourists can directly swipe the card for consumption. In the future, the store also plans to launch an "AR (Augmented Reality) Live Navigation" function, which allows inbound visitors to generate personalized tour routes with audio commentary by simply tapping the screen on a tablet device.

Store consultants are required to pass the English test, including answers to frequently asked questions from inbound tourists, English explanations of scenic spots, etc. The consultant team has passed the "Travel Butler" professional certification and is good at solving all kinds of unexpected problems. For example, Xiao Wang, a consultant at Beijing Wangfujing store, urgently coordinated the Hanfu experience and professional follow-up photographer services for an inbound tourist, and completed the whole process in only 15 minutes. In addition, the consultant can flexibly respond to changes in visa policies, unpopular route recommendations, and itinerary adjustments caused by unexpected weather.

It is reported that in the future, Ctrip will pilot innovative scenarios in popular stores: open "travel-themed cafes", where tourists can plan their itinerary while drinking coffee; Try to "pair" cross-provincial stores, for example, Xi'an Datang Sleepless City store and Chongqing Jiefangbei store can push each other's characteristic routes; Launched the "Travel Hitchhiker Wall" to help Chinese and foreign tourists travel together through bilingual message sticky notes. For example, a foreign backpacker who wants to carpool to Yunnan and a Chinese college student who wants to practice speaking may be able to "hit it off".

According to the person in charge of Ctrip's store division, with the improvement of the bilingual service network, Ctrip's stores are more open to welcome global tourists.
