“一鍵借閱”專案於2020年7月啟動，先後推出了“線上借書”“書店借書”“數字閱讀”三大服務場景，實現了借閱服務的無縫銜接。當前，讀者不僅可以在市、區兩級圖書館及各主題圖書館借閱，還可以在24小時微型圖書館和地鐵書房進行圖書借閱。

據悉，“一鍵借閱”之“書店借書”服務於4月全新升級，持有杭州市身份證、市民卡或杭州地區公共圖書館借書證的讀者，可在指定的新華書店門店挑選圖書，至書店櫃檯辦理借閱手續后，即可帶書回家。購書所需的費用，由杭州圖書館支付。讀者在書店借書前，需出示“我的借閱碼”進行使用者身份核驗；還書環節，“一鍵借閱”小程式支援上門取件還書，讀者也可以在指定還書點還書。讀者可登錄“一鍵借閱”小程式，瞭解“書店借書”詳情。

根據杭州圖書館發佈的《2024年度杭州地區公共圖書館閱讀報告》，2024年杭州各公共圖書館接待市民2085萬人次，其中杭州圖書館貢獻最大，佔比超17%；杭州“一鍵借閱”服務打破空間局限，為市民提供更加便捷的線上借閱服務，全年線上借閱冊次達22.3萬，線上借閱人次達6.4萬。
