1. Determine your own consumption goals

Many of my friends don't know how much they should spend each month, and they just blindly follow the trend.

For example, if my monthly salary is 1000 yuan, I will take out 0 yuan for daily life, 2000 yuan is saved, and the remaining 0 yuan is used for daily expenses and emergency treatment.

Only when you have determined your own consumption goals can you reasonably plan your salary.

2. Make your life simple

I find that everyone's desire to consume is particularly strong now, and they often follow the trend to buy and buy.

Seeing that others have things that they want to use, and even many things are more expensive,It may cost months of salary to buy, but people are still happy to eat these luxuries.

I found that this state of life is not suitable for us ordinary people.After all, excess consumption will lead us into the abyss of consumption trap.So we'd better keep our lives simple.

In terms of diet, reduce eating out, refuse to order takeout, and usually cook by yourself.

From the perspective of skin care, there is no need to buy too many skin care products, just choose the right one for you.

From the perspective of consumption, reduce your desire to shop,Cut back on unnecessary things to keep your consumption low.

From the perspective of buying clothes, when buying clothes, pay attention to the quality and materials of clothes.Don't just look at the style and price, it's better to choose clothes that suit you rather than blindly follow trends.

3. Start streamlining your home life

After the age of 30, I spend more and more time alone at home,Rejection of some unnecessary socialization, the whole person is immersed in the world of one person.

I've found that the cleanliness of our homes affects our physical and mental comfort.

If the house is dirty and messy, the mood at home will become very depressing.

So in order to make the home more minimalist and refreshing, I started to "break away".

Breaking away doesn't mean throwing away everything in the house.Instead, according to their actual situation, they will dispose of some useless or old western products to restore the home to a clean state.

4. Start with interpersonal relationships

Have you noticed that you have a lot of friends when you are young?But since I was 30 years old, I've started to streamline my network.

Don't contact some unnecessary friends, and don't participate in some meaningless dinners.

Usually after work, I will chat with a few friends, and a drink is actually more comfortable than attending a messy party.

After the classic interpersonal relationship, I found that good friends are not about the number, but about the quality.

If you have a lot of friends with me and wine,Then I advise you not to continue to associate with them, there is no point, it is just a waste of your enthusiasm.
