According to the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, "One Thing for Retirement" has been launched on the "One Network Office" self-service terminal. It can be handled through self-service terminals at the "Social Bank Direct Link" bank service outlets, community affairs reception service centers and social security sub-centers in various districts. Step 1
Enter the ["All in One Network" self-service terminal login interface] and select [Login Method] (individuals can choose [ID card login] or [Login with application], and enterprises only support [electronic business license login]).

Enter the main page of the self-service terminal and select [Human Resources and Social Security].
Step 3
Choose to enter [Enterprise Employee Retirement One Thing] to apply.
Step 4
After selecting [One Thing for Enterprise Employee Retirement], enter the [Service Guide] page, and after reading, click the [Apply Now] button to enter the [Handling Instructions] page, and click the [Confirm Reading] button to enter the [Information Filling] page. (Note: If an individual has not set up a personal electronic signature in the all-in-one platform, he or she should click [Set Signature] to set up a personal signature.) )
Step 5
Enter the [Information Filling] page.

On the Basic Information page, enter the applicant's Certificate Type and Certificate Number, and the system obtains most of the personal information through information sharing, of which the contact information can be modified.
Note: For information that cannot be modified by yourself, the system defaults to the [Collapse] state, and you can click [More] to view it by yourself.

After filling in the basic information, continue to select the items to be declared. Among them, [basic pension and retirement medical insurance treatment] are required by default, and [one-time family planning incentive fee for retirement in old age] [housing provident fund] [retirement hospitalization protection plan] can be declared according to demand. (Note: The unit needs to select [whether to manage technical positions when retired])

If you choose to apply for the [One-time Family Planning Incentive Fee for Retirement in Old Age] or [Retirement Hospitalization Insurance Plan], the acceptance area and reception center will be selected according to the place of the applicant's household registration.

If you choose to apply for the [one-time family planning incentive fee for retirement in old age], the system will display the relevant filling information and fill in the information according to the prompts.
Note: If you have completed the review of the one-time retirement incentive fee for the elderly through other channels, the system will directly display the approval result: "After review, the subject can receive a one-time family planning incentive fee", and click the [I already know] button to continue to fill in other information.

When selecting [Housing Provident Fund], there is no need to enter special content, and the system will automatically judge whether it meets the linkage declaration conditions and give a prompt.

If you choose to apply for a [Retirement Hospital Insurance Plan], you can click [Individual Enrollment], [Centralized Enrollment] or [Instant Enrollment] to choose the enrollment method. The applicant can choose according to the actual situation, and the system also provides explanations, if you have any questions, you can consult the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions.

[Applicant's account information] is a social security card by default, and if the verification is passed, other card folds cannot be selected. If the social security card has not activated the financial function, the system will prompt "Your social security card bank account has not been activated, in order to ensure that you can receive the relevant benefits in time, please go to the bank branch as soon as possible to activate (the benefits can be credited to the account normally, and you can receive them after activation)", click [Continue to declare] and then continue. If the automatic verification of the social security card fails, you can enter the information of other bank cards (you need your own real-name first-class card) and verify it.
Note: If you click [Save] on the information filling page, only the declaration information will be saved; Click Next and proceed to the declaration.

After completing the relevant information, click [Next], for applicants who meet the relevant conditions, the system will prompt [Important Reminder], click [I have known and continue to process] to continue the declaration.
Step 6
Go to the material upload page, click [Use License] to obtain the license information, upload the required materials, and click [Next].
Step 7
Enter the [Information Confirmation] page, check the application information, click [Confirm Submission], and the system prompts [You have submitted successfully!] to complete the business declaration.
