Steamed tofu with chicken breast

Description: This is basically filling, no starch, low-fat and delicious. Summer is coming soon, and if you want to lose weight, you can give it a try!

Materials:

  • A slice of iced chicken breast
  • Spicy bean paste (don't eat spicy plus soybean paste) 10 grams
  • Cornstarch 5 grams
  • Light soy sauce 5 grams
  • Vegetable oil 5 g
  • One silk tofu
  • Shallots to taste
  • Ground white pepper 1 teaspoons

Steps:

1. 雞胸切大概大拇指指甲大小。加入辣豆瓣, 生抽,生粉,白胡椒粉拌勻。如果不吃辣, 這裡可以改黃豆醬, 或是甜麵醬都可以。腌十分鐘。再加入植物油,再拌勻。植物油不要一起加, 這樣會妨礙前面的調料入味。
