According to media reports, as the graduation season approaches, some MCN (multi-channel network) organizations and live broadcast guilds throw olive branches to college graduates with "zero threshold", "quick newcomer" and "high salary". After an unannounced visit, a reporter found that behind this was a profit chain with "the signing fee as the bait, the strict terms as the cage, and the arbitration breach as the end".

It is undeniable that the live streaming industry provides more flexible employment opportunities for college students, but the hidden risks should not be underestimated. The "high-paying contracting" puzzle set up by MCN institutions has been carried out step by step from the beginning, using attractive signing fees as bait, so that college students can see the possibility of getting rich quick and unconsciously let down their guard. However, once a contract is signed, the strict terms are like a mantra that binds the contractor.

There is never a shortcut on the road to employment. College students should keep in mind that the so-called "zero threshold" and "high salary and quick track" are likely to be just a trap in disguise. Only by looking at opportunities with a rational perspective and planning development with a pragmatic attitude can we find a truly sustainable life track in an era full of uncertainties.
