   記者4月11日從平陸運河集團獲悉,平陸運河橋樑工程建設近日又有新進展。

  4月9日,平陸運河G75蘭海高速欽江大橋左幅首節段拱肋順利吊裝完成,標誌著大橋左幅進入主橋拱肋低位拼裝施工階段。平陸運河G75蘭海高速欽江大橋主橋橋型為主跨318米的下承式雙幅鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋,採取“半幅保通,半幅施工”的施工方案。大橋左幅拱肋節段合計28個,此次吊裝節段為左幅南寧岸下游7#段,重達62.8噸。

  為確保大橋左幅拱肋吊裝的精度和安全,平陸運河建設管理團隊多次召開吊裝安全技術交底會和相關問題討論會,優化改進吊裝作業施工方案,統籌吊裝資源配置,保障施工安全、高效、有序。據介紹,在吊裝過程中,航道運輸智慧輔助系統、分體式工程運輸船、百噸級吊車、13個拱肋吊裝工作組等協同配合,提高了大橋左幅拱肋的吊裝速度與效率。同時,對大橋拱肋的吊裝姿勢與吊裝就位后的線形等情況進行全過程監控,研判拱肋吊裝的結構受力偏差狀態,實現拱肋吊裝關鍵環節和工序的銜接,確保施工安全。

The special animal passage bridge of Pinglu Canal is a 20.0-meter top-bearing reinforced concrete box arch bridge, and the arch upper lane slab is composed of 0×0.0 m prestressed hollow slabs; The approach bridges on both sides adopt a 0×0 meter cast-in-place box girder structure, and the total width of the bridge deck is 0 meters. After the completion of the animal passage bridge, a safe and green migration channel will be built for wild animals such as spotted civets, leopard cats, and red-bellied squirrels on both sides of the canal.
