新京報訊(記者彭鏡陶)新京報記者獲悉,4月5日下午,一名12歲男孩在鳳凰嶺景區爬山時腳踝扭傷,無法自行下山,海澱區消防救援支隊鳳凰嶺救援站接到調度命令后,迅速回應,成功到現場將其背下山。

日13時57分,鳳凰嶺消防救援站接到119指揮中心調度命令,稱鳳凰嶺景區有5名遊客同行,其中一名小男孩因腳踝扭傷無法自行下山,急需救援。接警後,鳳凰嶺消防救援站立即出動1輛消防車、6名指戰員。

Fire and rescue personnel learned that the injured boy was with his family, who said they did not need 120 medical support. The rescue station quickly formulated a rescue plan and contacted the Phoenix Ridge Scenic Area Management Office for joint rescue operations.

14時20分,消防救援人員與景區管理人員在北線山腳下會合,隨即徒步上山展開搜救。經過30分鐘的艱難跋涉,救援人員於14時50分抵達男孩和家屬所在的位置。經再次與家屬確認無需醫療支援后,救援人員決定採用背負方式護送男孩下山。

由於山路崎嶇,4名消防員輪流背負男孩,確保其安全。15時38分,救援人員成功將男孩送至山腳下家屬的私家車旁。隨後,救援站人員返回。

The Haidian District Fire Department reminds the public: when climbing the mountain, they should do what they can, pay attention to the safety of their feet, minors need to play under the care of their parents, and call 119 for help in case of emergency.
