It is worth noting that the measure has been piloted in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Sichuan, Zhejiang and other places in the early stage. Eligible overseas travelers can go to the centralized refund point to go through the credit card pre-authorization procedures and receive the equivalent tax refund prepayment after spending at the "Buy Now and Return" store, with the purchase invoice and tax refund application form. This kind of convenient service can better stimulate the consumption enthusiasm of tourists, promote "secondary consumption", effectively improve the consumption experience of overseas tourists, and provide a new growth point for Chunxi Road business district to attract overseas passenger flow.
