記者從牡丹江邊境管理支隊瞭解到,4日11時30分,牡丹江市東寧市老黑山鎮太平溝村村民柴某來所報警稱:“員警同志,麻煩你們幫我看看,我這手機多次被無故扣費,已經扣了一萬多元,我是不是被騙了。”柴某是一位老人,民警一邊安撫柴某情緒,一邊詢問手機扣費的具體情況。

The old man said that when he was making the reading software, because the web interface always jumped to the platform member interface, he accidentally opened the platform membership, and then the fee was automatically deducted.

According to the police of the Mudanjiang Border Management Detachment, after clarifying the reason, the police immediately contacted the platform customer service to explain the situation that the old man made an automatic deduction by mistake, and the platform customer service returned the old man's fee in full after repeatedly checking the information.

After solving the problem, the police took the mobile phone and explained the reason for the deduction to the old man in detail, told him how to avoid the same problem, and popularized the knowledge of telecommunication network fraud to him. Finally, at the request of the elderly, the police helped the elderly unbind the mobile phone from the bank card, cleaned up some junk software in the mobile phone, and the old man held the policeman's hand and expressed his gratitude again and again.
