During the Qingming holiday, the gameplay of rural tourism in Jiangsu emerged in endlessly.
“沒想到村裡還能看展,坐在咖啡館里曬著太陽,不遠處就是大溪水庫,太愜意了!”來自南京的遊客李小凡感歎。來到常州溧陽市天目湖鎮石塘村,遊客可去書店淘一本好書,也可走進“村咖”品一杯咖啡,或是實地走訪藝術家工作室。4月4日,一場名為“石頭的第九種解法鄉野碎片自然拼貼”的展覽正在石塘村展出,22幅拼貼作品和一個動畫合輯吸引了不少市民和遊客打卡。石塘村曾是典型的“空心村”,40余棟房屋僅剩70多位老人留守。如今,農舍變民宿、夯土房變咖啡館……越來越多的鄉村公共空間因為文化藝術的注入而煥發了新的生機,讓鄉村美起來、村民富起來。
“明前螺,賽肥鵝!”小長假期間,一口春食吸引眾多遊客湧入淮安市洪澤區蔣壩鎮嗍螺螄。在蔣壩鎮銀杏廣場,上百個攤位沿街鋪展,醬爆、香辣、蒜泥、藤椒、十三香等近二十種口味的螺螄菜品競相登場。“以前是擠在長桌前吃飯,現在是邊逛邊吃,吃飽了傍晚去落霞灣看一場日落,晚上十一點嘴巴馋了還能繼續坐在大排檔裡嗍螺螄。”南京遊客李女士是蔣壩螺螄的忠實粉絲,“這裡的螺螄個個體大殼薄、肥滿圓潤,口感很好,每年螺螄上市我都會和家人來蔣壩。”與往年的“千人螺螄宴”不同,今年的蔣壩以“週末市集”的模式重構旅遊場景:主街道變身長達千米的開放式市集,彙聚上百家本地及外省特色攤位,涵蓋螺螄小吃、非遺手作、田園文創等業態。
“小長假期間差不多每天能賣出1000多斤螺螄,忙到淩晨都歇不了。”蔣壩古鎮老復興酒樓負責人告訴記者,市集開展以來蔣壩客流量明顯增多,“今年的螺螄尤其好吃!這可是‘喝豆漿’的螺螄!”原來,以前螺螄從基地捕撈上來,吐沙后就直接進入市場,螺螄不吃食,時間久了,肉就不肥厚了。如今,二次餵養採用的飼料是現磨豆漿,在去除土腥味、豐富口感的同時,還能保證螺螄“不掉肉”,很受市場歡迎。洪澤湖文旅集團副總經理賈茹告訴記者,4月4日至5日,蔣壩古鎮接待遊客超過7萬人次。
