在企業發展壯大的同時，劉文始終牢記“讓農民體面賺錢”的初心。他創新“五統一分”模式(統一種苗、農資、標準、品牌、銷售，分戶管理)，帶動新田及周邊縣區1.2萬農戶發展訂單農業。通過建立“保底收購+利潤分紅”機制，村民每畝增收達4000元，378戶農戶因此受益。

“以前在外打工，一年回不了幾次家。現在種菜年收入6萬多元，還能照顧老人孩子。”東升村村民劉子路感慨。農場長期聘用600余名本地工人，人均年收入超3萬元。劉文還創辦田間學校，邀請專家培訓農戶，53名大學生受其感召返鄉創業。

走進東升農場，綠意盎然的菜地旁，醋水豆腐研學館飄來陣陣豆香，親子家庭在“百蔬園”體驗採摘樂趣。2024年，農場接待遊客38.2萬人次，三產營收達1.27億元。
