In each household, the staff inquired in detail about the living conditions and care of the disabled family members, carefully recorded the needs of the disabled for renovation, and scientifically determined the content of the renovation project for the disabled family. At the same time, register and take photos of the locations where the families of the disabled need to be renovated, check the information of the disabled, do a good job of recording the work, and establish an information ledger in accordance with the requirements of "standardization, personalization, and humanization", so as to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality completion of the barrier-free renovation project for the severely disabled.

It is understood that the renovation includes the addition of barrier-free ramps, the replacement of entrance doors, and the distribution of emergency call devices. Up to now, the preliminary investigation work is underway. After the investigation is completed, the construction phase will be officially entered. The Yanji Disabled Persons' Federation will take the transformation needs of the disabled as the starting point, use "love" to remove "obstacles", and promote the high-quality development of the cause of the disabled.
