What we are sharing today is a case of a minimalist three-bedroom apartment, with a construction area of 54 square meters and an actual area of 0 square meters. By integrating the guest dining and kitchen into one, while reducing the space in the bathroom, the designer has succeeded in creating three rooms, which perfectly meet the needs of the owner of the house. The space layout is compact and practical, simple and stylish, which fully demonstrates the charm and advantages of small apartments.

Floor plan

As soon as you enter the door, you will be greeted by the open guest and kitchen area, the overall space is based on white, supplemented by colorful embellishments, breaking the monotony and adding a touch of vividness and vitality to the home.

The open-plan kitchen is cleverly designed with a countertop that extends over the cabinets to serve as a bar counter, which is not only convenient for cooking, but also adds a touch of atmosphere to the cooking and dining time.

Kitchen storage is crucial, and top-to-top cabinetry can easily meet most storage needs. In addition, the storage design of the island and its side walls is the icing on the cake, which is extremely practical and makes the most of the kitchen space.

The living room abandons the traditional TV, and the designer arranges the dining table and chairs in front of the TV background wall, which not only saves space but also adds a warm atmosphere to the dining area. The black shutters contrast with the background wall, effectively alleviating the monotony brought by the white subject, and injecting vitality and layers into the whole space.

In the living room, a small coffee table is placed next to the sofa to create more space for children to play. This design makes the living room a warm parent-child space, full of family joy and warmth.

The dining room has a booth-style design that is both practical and space-saving. Since the owner and his wife already have a child and the wife is giving birth to a new baby, the designer transformed the small apartment into a three-room apartment and designed a more spacious dining room to meet the growing needs of the family members.

The master bedroom is designed with a unique design that combines the cabinet with the bed, the head of the bed is embedded in the cabinet, and the storage compartments are left and right, which is both practical and beautiful, and can be used as a bedside table for easy storage of daily necessities. The geometric pattern wallpaper decorates the bedroom space, making the overall style more stylish and individual.

The bed in the children's room is lined with a wall, a soft and comfortable carpet on the floor, and a lazy sofa and throw pillows create a warm space for children to play. Children can play on the carpet and enjoy a carefree childhood.

The children's room combines a wardrobe with a desk, saving space and increasing practicality. Leave a desk next to the window so that your child can read and do homework in bright light, which is more comfortable. This design not only meets the storage needs, but also creates a good learning environment for children.

The second children's room is currently vacant, and the owner has placed only a few small chairs, stools and cribs, and the overall design is neutral to cope with the uncertainty of the future child's gender, showing the owner's care and thoughtfulness.

In the long bathroom, the toilet, sink and small bathtub are cleverly arranged. This unique bathtub is designed to be suitable for both sitting and standing showers. At the same time, a glass partition is installed between the sink and the bathtub to ensure the separation of dry and wet, which is both practical and beautiful, making the bathroom space more tidy and comfortable.
