Oyster branding

Ingredients: Oysters, sweet potato flour, chopped green onions~

Method: Adjust a sweet potato flour slurry first~ three spoons of sweet potato flour and four spoons of water and stir well until melted~

Clean and drain the oysters, add chopped green onions and a teaspoon of pepper, pour in the adjusted sweet potato pulp and mix evenly~

Stuffed shrimp with tomato sauce and bamboo fungus

Ingredients: tomato, shrimp slippery, bamboo fungus, chopped celery~

Method: Soak the bamboo fungus first, and cut the tomato into small cubes~

Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the tomatoes when the oil is hot, add a little salt and fry until soft, and stir-fry the juice. Add boiling water, if you are afraid that it is too sour, you can add some sugar to it. Fill the soft bamboo fungus into the shrimp slippery, then put it in the pot and boil, fill it all, cover and cook for 5 minutes, and sprinkle some chopped celery when the time comes~

Salted egg yolk, shrimp and tofu pot

Ingredients: shrimp, tofu, green beans, salted egg yolk~

Method: Peel the shrimp first and open the back, cut the tofu into small pieces, and take two salted egg yolks~

Heat the pot, add a small amount of oil, crush the salted egg yolk into the pot, fry over low heat until the foam is sandy, add boiling water, put shrimp, tofu and green beans, cover and simmer for 3 minutes, add a little salt and pepper to taste, add water starch, collect the juice over high heat and mix well to taste~

Seafood and winter melon pot

Ingredients: winter melon, dried shellfish, dried fish~

Method: Dried scallops and dried squid are soaked first, do not pour the soaked water, and cut the winter melon into pieces~

Pour oil from the pot, put the dried scallop squid in the hot oil, fry the fragrance, then put the winter melon and stir-fry it, add some boiling water, then pour in the water of the soaked scallop and squid into it, add a small amount of salt to the seasoning, cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, open the lid, add some pepper, and reduce the juice over high heat~
