本報巴黎3月26日電 (記者尚凱元)世界氣象組織日前發佈的年度氣象報告指出，2024年全球平均氣溫創有記錄以來最高水準，進而加速冰川和海冰消融以及海平面上升，並使全球平均氣溫較工業化前水準的升溫幅度進一步接近2攝氏度的關鍵“門檻”。

按照2015年達成的《巴黎協定》，各方將加強應對氣候變化威脅，把全球平均氣溫較工業化前水準的升高幅度控制在2攝氏度之內，並力爭控制在1.5攝氏度以內。世界氣象組織表示，初步估算，目前全球平均氣溫的升高幅度在1.34攝氏度至1.41攝氏度之間，接近但尚未超過《巴黎協定》設置的閾值。

According to the report, in addition to the record level of global greenhouse gas emissions last year, there may be other reasons for the record-breaking increase in global temperature last year, such as changes in solar cycles, large-scale volcanic eruptions, and the reduction of aerosols that have cooling effects in nature.
