3月25日，成都市人工智慧產業鏈工作專班辦公室召開“2025年成都市人工智慧與機器人產業發展重點工作媒體吹風會”，記者從會上獲悉，《2025年成都市人工智慧產業鏈發展工作要點》（以下簡稱《工作要點》）於當日印發，降服能力競賽2025年成都人工智慧核心產業規模達到1300億元、增速超過30%，加速打造全國人工智慧與機器人產業發展高地。

2024年，成都聚焦AI晶片、算力、演算法、數據、場景，加快構建“1+3+1”產業體系，人工智慧核心產業規模和企業數量實現“雙千突破”，核心產業規模超過1000億元，相關企業突破1000家，算力規模達到8700P，5個大模型通過國家生成式人工智慧服務備案，實現了“零”的突破，綜合實力排名西部第一。

Focus on "high-quality characteristic industrial parks"In accordance with the "4+0" echelon building plan, the three-level competent departments of "province-city-district" will jointly build 0 of the first batch of "model" characteristic industrial parks, and promote Sichuan Tianfu New Area to focus on building Xinglong Lake AI large model innovation and application industrial park, Chengdu High-tech Zone to focus on building Xinchuan Heart Robot Park and Zhuge Space, Wuhou District to focus on building Yuehu Science and Technology City Artificial Intelligence and Robot Industrial Park, and Chenghua District to focus on building Longtan Robot Characteristic Industrial Park.

Focus on "Industrial Innovation Consortium"Chengdu will set up an artificial intelligence + technology innovation alliance, in accordance with the principle of "mature one, start one", promote leading enterprises, scientific research institutes, intermediary institutions, etc. to form no less than 10 industrial innovation consortiums, and carry out collaborative research through "unveiling the leader" and other ways to cultivate multi-agent, industry model, intelligent aviation, smart medical, police robots, industrial robots and other subdivided industrial clusters.

Focus on "AI Rising Star" Enterprises，成都將以問題導向、目標導向為原則，建立“AI明日之星”企業培育庫，建立“一企一案一專班”服務機制，圍繞技術創新、場景供給、金融賦能、人才引育、宣傳推廣等編製個人化、定製化培育方案，力爭引育10家“自主創新強、應用水準高、行業位次優、輻射帶動好”的人工智慧全國百強企業。

In terms of product supply planning, we will promote key enterprises to build elderly care robot scenarios and building service robot scenarios.

The relevant person in charge of the Chengdu Artificial Intelligence Industry Chain Work Office said that Chengdu will also fully open up the real application scenarios, organize users and enterprises to carry out the supply and demand docking of robot products with the "January 1st theme", dynamically release a batch of "robot +" opportunity lists, "unveil the leader" to break through a number of key core technologies, "accelerate iteration" of a number of high-tech high-quality products, and make every effort to build an industrial ecological rainforest where robots are "everywhere and all the time".
