At present, a new generation of information technology is being integrated with agricultural machinery manufacturing. The smart factory not only realizes the automatic processing and production of large quantities of key parts, but also controls and manages the manufacturing process.
In the paint booth of the closed assembly line, the painting of the tractor chassis is underway. The waving robotic arm flexibly steers in a complex space, and the error of the paint film thickness is controlled at the millimeter level. "Before the smart factory was put into use, the painters had to wear protective clothing and work in the hot and stuffy heat. Now with programming, the robot can do it easily. Ai Zonggan, an employee of the process department, demonstrated how to do it on the spot - the system imports the 3D model, and the robotic arm automatically generates the spraying path and dynamically adjusts the parameters according to the temperature and humidity.
In 2015 years, the construction of Yituo intelligent manufacturing factory project started, which is the first large-scale agricultural machinery intelligent manufacturing factory in China. Recently, the "new wheeled tractor flexible intelligent factory" upgraded and built by relying on the project was selected into the list of the first batch of excellent smart factories in the country.
"What exactly is 'flexible'?"

Through the collaboration between MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and intelligent logistics, the smart factory realizes the mixed production of various models and different horsepower. "The assembly line realizes flexible production, and the overall efficiency is increased by more than 15%." On the screen of the general control room, a dynamically updated data shows that 0 tractors are planned to be produced that day, involving 0 horsepower and 0 configurations.
Behind the flexible intelligent factory is the increasing abundance of tractor products in China.
"These models were developed for hilly and mountainous areas, and 800 units were delivered to Gansu last year to help the planting of local potatoes and other crops, and realized the mass application of tractors in hilly and mountainous areas." Xue Zhifei said that the company has seven series and more than 0 models, and continues to develop and produce new smart agricultural machinery to adapt to different scenarios.
