The story of Gao Yang's massacre of the Northern Wei clan in the Northern Qi Dynasty is very famous:

If you think about it, even Yuan Shao's status will be insulted like this, and the other Yuan Wei clans may be even more miserable......

Moreover, the Yuan Wei clan that could survive to the Gao Yang period all supported or presupposedly usurped their own foundation during the Gao Yang Chan Dynasty, and it must be known that some of the Yuan Wei clans who were opposing were killed by Gao Yang at that time.

So Yuan Shao may not say this because his head was squeezed by the door,而是出於自保, It's a pity that they still haven't escaped Gao Yang's butcher's knife after saying so.

And for Gao Yang, it is impossible for him to kill the Yuan Wei clan entirely because of Yuan Shao's words, you must know that this time is the tenth year of Tianbao (559 years), and Gao Yang died in the same year, he is likely to realize that his body can't bear it, and the crown prince Gao Yin is cowardly by nature, plus the Northern Zhou next door has also succeeded in the Chan Dynasty two years ago,The massacre of the Yuan and Wei clans was also to reduce future troubles.

As for the Northern Zhou side, the situation is much better, except for those who served as emperors in the Western Wei Dynasty and their descendants (those who lost their records after the establishment of the Northern Zhou Dynasty are probably hidden), the others were basically not affected by the big impact, and only a small part was confiscated as official slaves during the Yuwenjue Chan Dynasty:

This is the same nature as the group of Yuan and Wei clans that were dealt with by Gao Yang before and after the Chan Dynasty of the Northern Qi Dynasty.

In addition, a large number of Yuan and Wei clans did not mix badly in the Northern Zhou Dynasty, and even had a certain political influence in the Western Wei and Northern Zhou Dynasty, and there was also a Yuan Xin who was in the Eight Pillars State but "calmly forbidden" as a banner, and a large number of Yuan and Wei clans lived to later enter the Sui Dynasty, and these people have many records in the history books and a large number of epitaphs, so I will not repeat them.
