The 5 products identified in Anhui Province are all high-quality agricultural products with distinctive regional characteristics and profound cultural heritage. Among them, Huangli Fence Bucket Apricot is produced in Xiangshan District, Huaibei City, with a long history of planting, and is named because the shape of the fruit resembles a fence bucket, which is sweet and sour; Hefei lobster is large and bright, full of flesh and rich in nutrition; As a traditional famous tea, Guangde Golden Bud is deeply loved by consumers for its unique appearance, aroma and taste, and its planting history can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty. Shagou watermelon is produced in Huaiyuan County, Bengbu City, because of the bright red color, thin skin and crispy flesh, sweet and juicy, it is very popular in the market; Liulang River crab is produced in Wanyang District, Wuhu City, thanks to the unique ecological environment of the local area, so that Liulang River crab green shell white belly, golden claws and yellow hair, crab meat is full and sweet, crab paste is rich and plump, known as "the treasure of the Yangtze River crab".
