As the "primary task of opening to traffic" section of the project, the section from Liqiao to Shangcun is full of construction challenges. The high groundwater level leads to the problem of soft foundation, and the earthwork resources are relatively scarce. In the face of these problems, the project team made precise deployment and scientific measures. For the soft foundation, after in-depth discussion, technologies such as replacing high-quality gravel and flake stones, laying geogrids, etc., have been adopted to greatly enhance the stability of the roadbed; In terms of earthwork shortage, we actively expand the earthwork pipeline, finely allocate earthwork resources, and ensure the construction materials.

According to the relevant person in charge of the project, the project team strictly adheres to the red line of quality, safety and environmental protection throughout the construction process. Establish a comprehensive quality management system to monitor key indicators such as cement-soil mix ratio, water content, and compaction degree in real time to ensure that the construction quality meets the standards. In terms of safety management, eye-catching warning signs are set up and safety training is carried out regularly to achieve "zero accidents" in safety. In terms of environmental protection, measures such as sprinkling water and dust reduction, material coverage, zoning and stratification, and the selection of low-emission construction equipment are adopted to minimize the impact of construction on the environment.
