China's commercial aerospace power industry ushered in an important milestone, and the 100th off-line ceremony of Tianque series engines came to a successful conclusion recently. This achievement marks that China's power technology in the field of commercial aerospace has entered a new stage of large-scale application.

As the core power source of the Suzaku 3 recoverable rocket, the improvement of the mass production capacity of the Tianque series engine provides a solid guarantee for the frequent launch of the rocket. This capability not only means that China's rockets into space will have more "hearts", but also indicates a significant increase in the frequency of transmission, which is of far-reaching significance for promoting the development of China's commercial aerospace industry to high quality and scale.

回顧過去,朱雀三號試驗箭在去年9月成功完成了10公里級垂直起降返回飛行試驗,這一壯舉標誌著我國在可重複使用運載火箭技術領域取得了重大突破。而今,朱雀三號正緊鑼密鼓地準備其首次飛行,有望在今年下半年成為我國首枚成功實現回收的運載火箭。

At present, the power test arrow of Suzaku 3 has completed the assembly of the whole arrow, and has officially entered the critical stage of ground test and flight verification. The smooth progress of this process has undoubtedly laid a solid foundation for the first flight of Suzaku III.

The recycling and reusability of rockets is revolutionary in reducing launch costs. It is estimated that if this can be achieved, the cost of a single launch of the rocket will be reduced by about 70%. This cost reduction will enable China to deploy various types of satellites more frequently, such as communication satellites, navigation satellites, etc., thereby greatly enhancing China's strength in the space field.

China has also made remarkable progress in engine manufacturing technology. In recent years, engineers have actively explored the application of 3D printing technology, which not only improves the reliability of engine production, but also greatly reduces material waste and shortens the production cycle. Compared with the traditional engine manufacturing process, 0D printing technology is more like a precise digital manufacturing method, which avoids the tedious cutting, welding and grinding process, thereby reducing the risk of failure.
