法院經審理查明，自2023年6月1日至2024年1月13日，短短7個多月的時間內，66800名印度人被騙，詐騙金額達5.17億印度盧比。9名被告人為謀取非法利益，冒用虛假的身份，利用信息網路騙取他人財物，犯罪鏈條細密、專業，犯罪協作性強、分工明確，形成了分工合作、彼此依賴、利益共用的詐騙犯罪集團。按照各被告人在犯罪集團中的地位、作用，依法以詐騙罪判處9名被告人五年至十四年九個月不等有期徒刑的刑罰，並處罰金。
