4月13日，一列滿載聚酯切片、白卡紙、家電百貨等產品的國際貨運班列，從成都國際鐵路港鳴笛啟程，駛向烏茲別克塔什干。這是四川成都開行的首趟中亞班列圖定班列，標誌著我國西部地區至中亞新增一條常態化跨境物流通道，為內陸企業開拓歐亞市場注入新動能。

據瞭解，本趟班列共裝載貨物47車，總貨值近1400萬元，貨重約3200噸，經霍爾果斯口岸出境，預計10天左右抵達烏茲別克等中亞國家，全程4853公里。據介紹，圖定班列是指固定時間、固定路線、固定班次的高效運輸模式，相較傳統“貨等車”的零散發運，該班列通過每週一班的穩定開行，在運輸時間、運輸成本和開行穩定性方面擁有顯著優勢，為西南地區外貿企業提供了“時效快、成本優、服務穩”的跨境運輸保障。

"In order to ensure the smooth operation of the first scheduled Central Asia train, we arranged special personnel to connect with the train company and the freight forwarding customs declaration enterprise, grasp the train opening plan in advance, formulate a customs clearance supervision guarantee plan, and arrange customs officers to work overtime to inspect and release the export goods of the train." The relevant person in charge of Qingbaijiang Customs said that the next step will be to actively promote the railway express mode and the "first inspection and then shipment" business innovation combined with the opening of the Central Asia train, effectively promote the more efficient and convenient export of goods.

According to the relevant person in charge of Chengdu International Railway Port Investment and Development Co., Ltd., the Tuding train effectively promotes the refined organization and service of the train operation by gathering the supply of goods in advance and optimizing the scheduling process. At present, Chengdu has built a "four-way" international logistics and transportation system covering 120 cities in Europe, ASEAN, Central Asia and other regions, westward to Europe, north to Mongolia and Russia, east to Japan and South Korea, and south to ASEAN.

At present, with the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative, economic and trade cooperation between China and Central Asia has entered the fast lane. As an important gateway for the country to open to the west, Chengdu is accelerating the construction of a "channel + hub + network" logistics system. In the next step, Chengdu International Railway Port will dynamically encrypt the frequency of trains according to market demand, and explore the opening of special trains such as cold chain and cross-border e-commerce, so as to help the deep integration of "Sichuan goods out of Sichuan" and the international supply chain, and provide strong support for the high-quality development of the inland open economy.
