記者從中國鐵路上海局集團有限公司獲悉,近日在建設中的寧蕪鐵路擴能改造工程南京南隧道,隨著第655環預製混凝土襯砌管片被準確拼裝到位,標誌著該專案盾構掘進里程過半,為實現今年10月隧道盾構段貫通目標奠定了堅實基礎。

南京南隧道全長14.441公里,其中隧道盾構段具有水域多、地表和地下環境複雜等特點,尤其是盾構機下穿秦淮新河段,最淺覆土僅有2.6米,是目前國內盾構工程遇到的最淺覆土層。為此,建設部門“量身打造”一台土壓平衡盾構機“寧蕪號”。該盾構機開挖直徑9.33米,總裝機功率4305千瓦。目前,該盾構機已安全穿越農花河道、上穿既有南京地鐵S1線盾構隧道、下穿寧宣高速路基段、側穿南京地鐵既有S3線盾構隧道等風險點,預計5月底穿越秦淮新河,10月抵達盾構接收井。(許文峰 徐承澤 霍偉 陳彥)
