I stir-fry some meat dishes every year, and I don't need to stir-fry vegetarian dishes, so I usually start preparing in the morning and start cooking all kinds of dishes, such as pork ribs, chicken, etc. Now the Chinese New Year is different from when I was a child, when I was a child, I ate a lot of salty food, and it was inconvenient to buy fresh vegetables during the New Year, but now I can buy anything I want to buy during the New Year.

Some vegetarian dishes are washed and cut in advance, so that it is very convenient to fry them, and now everyone loves vegetarian dishes more during the Chinese New Year. Because I usually eat too much fish and meat, I want to eat something light during the New Year. Of course, there are only a few light snacks to eat during the New Year, and most of them are very rich.

The kitchen in my hometown is very simple, but it is very good to have a place to cook. Looking at some of the people on the Internet who have nothing back to their hometown, I am still relatively happy.

Roast chicken. Both of these ingredients were given by my uncle, who picked a very large rooster and killed it and brought it back to me. Chop half of the braised chestnut, and add some chestnuts to braised together, a whole big pot, we will eat it as a family during the New Year, and we can't finish it.

Braised pork ribs. When I braised it, I fried it with sugar, so the color of the finished product is still very good-looking, and now I can eat whatever I want, so I won't deliberately cook too many dishes, just eat as much as I want, like pork ribs, just burn a plate. I remember that I used to burn a big pot and heat it up when I ate it, and I still like this kind of freshly burned food.

Steamed cinnamon fish. Relatives gave it, clean it up and add ginger and garlic to steam some. It's just that we don't like to eat steamed osmanthus fish very much, and no one touches it after a meal. We are used to eating braised food, and we feel that the steamed food has no flavor and is too light.

Braised beef. The beef was marinated two days ago and soaked in the marinade. Take it out and cut it, or you can mix it yourself with a dipping sauce, you can eat it as you like, I still like this kind of cut into slices and eat it directly, it's delicious, it's very flavorful.

Stir-fry the cress until fragrant. This is one of the must-eat ingredients for the New Year, cress is also here in this season, simply stir-fry, and there will be some shredded meat and red pepper in it during the New Year. This method of stir-frying is really simple and very delicious.

Stir-fried leeks. The leeks on our side are also a home-cooked dish that is often eaten during the New Year, you can scramble eggs, add some sauce to dry and stir-fry, or add some shrimp to stir-fry.

A firecracker will be set off before the Chinese New Year's Eve dinner. A few days ago, it was not allowed here, but after the epidemic ended, it was allowed again, so it is all at this time.
