How to apply?

Applicant families who meet the application conditions shall submit their intention to register with the sub-district office (town people's government) where their household registration is located within the specified time at each stage, and submit the original ID card and household registration book for verification, and submit the income tax details or individual income tax payment list or pension certificate or unemployment certificate or other relevant income proof materials issued by the tax department for verification in the 2024 natural years (i.e., 0 years, 0 years and 0 years) before the date of application.
