“百元一日聚”為何受歡迎
Xie Fei
From a commercial point of view, the event can indeed form a closed loop: lock in customers through online booking, and accurately control the loss of ingredients; Use the idle time between lunch and dinner to dilute costs; Reduce customer acquisition costs with high repurchase rates and word-of-mouth communication...... This strategy allows enterprises to maintain small profits and allow the elderly to enjoy benefits, forming a "win-win".
The value of this model lies not only in business innovation, but also in social value, which fills the gap of traditional pension services to a certain extent. For the elderly who are healthy and have social needs, the daycare center focuses on care, the university for the elderly is biased towards learning, and the "one-day gathering" creates a "light old-age" scenario, which can alleviate the loneliness of the elderly and reconstruct the social network to a certain extent. This is the part of the silver economy that needs to be tapped - let idle resources meet real demand and open up new consumption growth points.
The growth of new business formats is also facing challenges. Although "small profits are sustainable", the low-price strategy has extremely high requirements for supply chain management and operational efficiency. Secondly, although enterprises currently promise to "not charge cards", they still need to be wary of the existence of routine in derivative businesses such as tourism and agricultural product sales.
“百元一日聚”的啟示在於,洞察老年人真實需求,才是銀髮經濟的正確打開方式。如此,企業在實現商業價值的同時,也將構建起有溫度的老年友好消費生態,銀髮經濟也會有更多可能性。

Smart public facilities cannot be "disabled"
Qiu Shu
AI runway, smart riding, charging seats...... In order to provide better service and experience to visitors, more and more parks are installing smart facilities these days. However, in life, the maintenance of many smart facilities is not in place.
For example, some parks are equipped with collector floors, and visitors can step on them to trigger the fog forest system and water the plants while walking; Some are equipped with heart rate columns, and visitors only need to hold the sensor with both hands, and the display screen can report the heart rate and give corresponding exercise suggestions. However, due to the long-term lack of maintenance, some of the equipment has been almost abandoned. In particular, many pocket parks have limited space, and the equipment occupies space but cannot be used, which objectively causes waste.
Embracing the wave of intelligence, the park's attempt to unlock the "new AI experience" is worthy of recognition. However, it should also be noted that the maintenance of smart facilities is not in place, which exposes the shortcomings of the park in management. In fact, the technology of many smart devices itself is not mature enough, and some parks only care about trying new things and do not understand the accounts of daily operation and maintenance, and as a result, follow-up maintenance management has become a trouble. Dismantling the equipment means that the initial investment is "wasted", and the space left by the demolition needs to be re-planned. If it is not dismantled, it will be unsightly, and maintenance will be inadequate.
The construction of smart cities is the trend of the times, and although parks are just a small world, they also carry people's yearning for more livable and smarter cities. To build a smart park, the key is to adapt measures to local conditions. How to update the facilities under the condition of controllable costs and sustainable operation and maintenance, and how to harmonize the appearance and style of the new facilities with the original cultural and natural landscape, all aspects should be considered. At the end of the day, building a smart city is a key element of "people". People-oriented, pay attention to practicality, smart facilities can be used well and for a long time.
From firewood, rice, oil and salt to decision-making and operation, the "city brain" is constantly expanding, and the intelligent city that can perceive, think, and have temperature is gradually becoming a reality. Let the construction be promoted in a practical and detailed manner, and the "wisdom" of the city will light up a better future.
