Since the beginning of this year, Qiaoxi District has actively promoted the activation and utilization of the historical and cultural heritage of Zhangjiakou Fort, using part of the renovated cultural relics courtyard to create "three museums and two exhibitions", and by enriching intangible cultural heritage, cultural and creative tourism formats, continue to release the potential of cultural tourism consumption, and promote the integrated development of culture and tourism.

It is understood that Qiaoxi District has deeply excavated the historical context and architectural characteristics of Zhangjiakou Fort, and carefully built the Koupi Museum, the Financial Museum and the Library, as well as the old photo exhibition and the "Three Sculptures" art photography exhibition. Among them, the library established in the Lucai Academy is the first state-owned library in the province to be opened in a national security unit. The district has also planned various festivals and cultural activities, supported internal merchants, done a good job in drainage, enhanced tourist participation, and boosted cultural tourism consumption. At the same time, the use of Wanquan County Ya, Dadetong, Dingjun's Mansion and Gulou West No. 3 Courtyard and other mature courtyards to create boutique homestays and immersive performances, enrich the cultural tourism industry, and highlight the historical style and cultural heritage of Zhangjiakou Fort.
