Promote the joint commissioning and joint test of key projects in an orderly manner, complete the project acceptance, safety assessment, operation preparation and other work with high quality, and ensure that the new line and new station are completed and opened to traffic as scheduled. The section from Songcheng Road Station to Kaifeng Station of Zhengzhou-Kaifeng Intercity Railway was completed and opened to traffic, and the Zhengkai Intercity Railway was put into operation. After the upgrade, Shanghai South Railway Station has been newly unveiled, forming a modern comprehensive transportation hub with convenient interchange with urban rail, buses, taxis, etc. The reconstruction of Wuchuan Station of Shenzhen-Zhanjiang Railway and Chao'an Station of Meizhou-Shantou High-speed Railway was completed and put into use before the Spring Festival in 3 years, making it more convenient for passengers to travel along the line. The Zhongchuan Airport East Station of the Lanzhou-Zhangye High-speed Railway was put into operation, seamlessly connecting with the T0 terminal of Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport to facilitate air-rail intermodal transportation.
The projects under construction are progressing in a scientific and orderly manner. Focus on key projects put into operation during the year, optimize construction organization, strengthen on-site operation control, strengthen safety and quality, ecological and environmental protection, and project investment control, and ensure the smooth progress of projects under construction. The track-laying of the Chongzuo-Pingxiang section of the Nanning-Pingxiang high-speed railway was completed, and the connecting line between the Shanghai-Kunming railway and the Anshun-Liupanshui high-speed railway was successfully completed. Important progress has been made in a number of key control projects, such as the construction of the Zhangzhou-Shantou high-speed railway offshore project, the Chongqing-Kunming high-speed railway Qingcaoshan tunnel, the Shantou-Shanwei high-speed railway Shantou Bay undersea tunnel, and the Panzhou-Xingyi high-speed railway.
Positive progress has been made in the preliminary work. "Focusing on the railway engineering and networking, network supplementation, and strong chain projects determined by the national "14th Five-Year Plan", we will focus on improving the overall function and efficiency of the road network, accelerate the preliminary work such as survey and design, feasibility study, and preliminary design, scientifically demonstrate the project planning and design scheme, and work closely with local governments to study and solve problems such as land acquisition and demolition, fund raising, environmental impact assessment, and water protection in a timely manner, and strive to start construction of the project as soon as possible. A number of projects, including the expansion and reconstruction project of the Ejina-Hami section of the Linhe-Hami railway, are planned to start construction within this year.
In the next step, China Railway Group will conscientiously implement the requirements of the central government, make full use of the national "two-fold" project support policies, seize the golden season of construction, accelerate the construction of key railway projects, and strive to complete more physical workload and investment, so as to make positive contributions to promoting the sustained economic recovery.
