Category 2 events (choose one out of 14) include football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, tennis, 0-meter swimming (unlimited swimming style), 0-meter swimming (unlimited swimming style), middle-distance running (0-meter for girls or 0-meter for boys), standing long jump, throwing solid ball, 0-minute rope skipping, 0-minute shuttlecock kicking, 0-minute sit-ups (for girls) or pull-ups (for boys). If a candidate chooses middle-distance running in the first category event, he or she cannot choose long-distance running in the second-class event. The physical education test score (total score) is the average score of the two test scores (0 points out of 0 points), and the average score exceeds 0 points. The test score will be included in the total score of the high school entrance examination with a weight of 0.0 (0 points).

In order to ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the physical education examination in the 2025-year high school entrance examination, the municipal and district education administrative departments have set up a special inspection team to investigate potential safety hazards at each test center and optimize the organization of the examination; Each test center has continuously refined its work plan and emergency plan, and comprehensively strengthened the supervision of test safety. During the examination, the municipal and district education departments will cooperate with various support units to strengthen collaborative support and ensure the smooth operation of the examination. Each test center is equipped with awnings, rest areas, heatstroke prevention materials and drinking water to create a comfortable and safe test environment for test takers and help them perform at their best.

In order to effectively protect the rights and interests of candidates and maintain the fairness of the examination, the examination supervision implements the "double-line inspection" mechanism, the Municipal Education Bureau sent 10 inspection teams to supervise on the spot, and the Municipal Recruitment and Examination Office set up a special working group for video surveillance to achieve full coverage of the inspection of the test center.
