Recently, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) renewal joint inspection team and Lloyd's Industrial Technical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. authorized inspectors conducted a joint inspection review of the ASME qualification S, U and R certificates of China Chemical Engineering Third Construction Co., Ltd.

At the first meeting of the joint inspection and audit, Pan Xinyu, chief engineer of China Chemical Construction and Chemical Construction, introduced the basic situation of the enterprise, resource conditions and the operation of the ASME quality assurance system in the past 3 years. He pointed out that the company attaches great importance to the ASME renewal joint inspection and audit work, and hopes that all the inspection personnel will cooperate closely with the joint inspection experts to take this renewal joint inspection as an opportunity to further strengthen the execution of the system operation, build a solid qualification and technical foundation for the company to expand overseas markets and expand the scale of ASME products, and help the company develop with high quality.

The main contents of the renewal joint inspection audit include: ASME standard equipment, quality assurance system manual and program document preparation, personnel training, qualification, defense, design documents, process documents, material acceptance, equipment measurement management, non-destructive testing, welding consumables management, manufacturing process demonstration and completion files, etc. After two days of intense and orderly inspection and audit, the joint inspection team completed the joint inspection plan as scheduled, and informed the inspection and review at the last meeting of the joint inspection, and unanimously agreed that the ASME quality assurance system of China Chemical Construction was running well, and the manufacturing and construction could meet the requirements of ASME specifications.

The successful passage of the joint inspection and audit of certificate renewal is a full affirmation of the operation effectiveness of the ASME quality assurance system of China Chemical Construction and will play a positive role in further enhancing the competitiveness of China Chemical Construction in the international market. China Chemical Construction will take this renewal as an opportunity to continue to optimize the management system, continuously improve the project quality and service level, and make greater contributions to promoting the high-quality development of the industry.
