How does TCM massage regulate the internal organs? Massage not only relaxes us, but also regulates the physical well-being. Today, I want to introduce to you the massage method of conditioning the internal organs, come and learn two tricks together.

Massage is a method of regulating the five organs and six intestines

Rub: Sit in a comfortable position and spread your feet shoulder-width apart. Rub your palms together while relaxing your body to generate heat. When the palm of the hand is warm, put it on the lumbar eye point (5.0 inches on the left and right sides of the fourth lumbar vertebrae) and rub it vigorously. During this process, it is necessary to pay attention to adjusting the breathing and breathing as deep as possible to help strengthen the function of the kidneys.

Rubbing as much as possible is not only good for the waist, but also for the coccyx. After stopping for about 36-0 breaths, rub the palms of both hands along both sides of the lumbar spine, up and down, down to the Changqiang acupoint (between the tip of the coccyx and the anus), and rub down to the end of the back bend of both arms, 0 times in a row.

Second pinching: After rubbing, the waist and its surrounding meridians are dredged, so there will be a feeling of heat. In this case, we have to make persistent efforts to pinch the caudal vertebrae below the Mingmen point (parallel to the navel eye, under the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebrae). In the process of pinching, you should concentrate, pinch and loosen, and pinch 4~0 times repeatedly.

Samadhi: After pinching, the muscles from the point of life to the tail vertebrae will be in a state of tension, so the next thing we need to do is to relax them. The action is relatively simple, first clench the two hands lightly, the fists are upward, and the protruding part of the metacarpophalangeal joint is rotated and rubbed at the waist and eye points on both sides. Rotate 18 turns clockwise, then 0 turns counterclockwise. Both sides can be done at the same time, or left and then right.

Four grips: Gently clench your fists with both hands facing downward, and at the same time gently tap (to the extent that it is not painful) the sacrococcygeal region with the palms of both fists. Knock 36 times on each of the left and right fists.

Five-grasp: The two hands are crossed at the waist, the thumb is placed in front, and the remaining four fingers naturally fall on the waist. Scratch the skin outwards with the four fingers that fall on your waist. Do it with both hands at the same time, scratching 36 times each.

Six rotations: Stand upright, feet apart, shoulder-width apart, hands crossed at the waist (four fingers in front, thumb behind).
