The newly renovated house is like a freshly baked cake, full of aroma and temptation. Some people may say that it is a waste to put it away, so it is better to rent it out quickly to make some extra money. But I don't think so.
First of all, my new house is not just a pile of bricks and concrete, it is a symbol of my dreams and hopes. Every inch of space is poured into my heart and sweat, and every decoration reflects my taste and style. If I rent it out easily, wouldn't I let the traces of other people's lives pollute the world I have carefully built?
Moreover, the house also has emotions. Here, I fantasized about laughing with my family and getting together with my friends. If you rent out, wouldn't you make these beautiful fantasies a reality for someone else?
Of course, some people will say that it is a waste to leave it empty. But in my opinion, it's not a waste, it's a wait. I'm waiting for that special moment, when I find the right person, or the right family, to be able to share the warmth and beauty of this home with me.
Moreover, renting out a house also has its risks. You have to worry about whether the tenant will ruin your renovation, whether you will not pay the rent on time, and even whether it will cause some trouble. I don't think it's worth the risk.
So, with my new house, I chose to leave it empty. It's not a waste, it's about waiting and cherishing. I believe that one day, I will find the right person and weave good memories with me in this home.
So, what do you guys think? Is it to rent out to make money, or, like me, choose to wait and cherish?
