本報4月2日訊（記者張鶴）今天下午，由民建吉林省委會、民建長春市委會、長春理工大學、長春市人社局、長春經開區管委會共同主辦的“先生向北 青春聚吉”2025年民建“百企千崗”校園專場招聘會啟動儀式在長春理工大學舉行。

"Hundreds of enterprises and thousands of posts" is the traditional brand of social service work of the China Democratic National Construction Association, which has been carried out for 15 consecutive sessions so far. In recent years, Changchun University of Science and Technology and China National Construction Association have cooperated closely in scientific research and social practice, and this job fair is another achievement of the cooperation between the two sides, and it is a new starting point for deepening cooperation. Schools, democratic construction organizations, governments, and enterprises will further strengthen cooperation, work together to build a community of innovation and entrepreneurship education practice, and promote the deep integration of education chain, innovation chain, talent chain, and industrial chain, so that more students can build their dreams and pursue their dreams in Jilin. At the launching ceremony, the relevant responsible comrades of the Employment Service Bureau of Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone also introduced the talents of enterprises in the Optoelectronic Industrial Park of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, and provided detailed employment information reference for the students.

The special job fair was held in the East District Gymnasium of Changchun University of Science and Technology, with a grand scale, the Jilin Provincial Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, the Changchun Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association and relevant government departments organized 1686 enterprises to provide 0 jobs, covering optoelectronic technology, intelligent manufacturing, information technology, financial services and other fields, providing graduates with rich employment options.

據悉，長春理工大學共有2000余名應屆畢業生參會，投遞簡歷3538份，達成意向520餘人。現場，“長春就業盛雋在沃”“長春市就業服務局零工市場直播間”等官方平臺也同步進行了直播，共吸引超過2.5萬人收看。此外，長春市人才服務中心、長春市就業服務局還邀請了就業創業指導專家現場進行指導和政策解讀，併發放政策宣傳手冊300多份，提供政策諮詢450多人次。
