The history of human development is also the history of wealth accumulation. With the improvement of productive forces, the change of social forms, people's pursuit of spiritual life and the continuous sublimation of the ideological realm, all of them are related to the accumulation of wealth. Human beings continue to create wealth, and wealth also drives mankind forward. However, in the tunnel of time, there are also some treasures that remain there for various reasons, they are either buried deep underground, or deliberately hidden, or secretly collected, becoming mysterious treasures.

Whether it is "The Count of Monte Cristo" or "The Legend of the City", ancient and modern Chinese and foreign novels related to treasures are deeply loved by the majority of readers.

According to historical records, when Li Zicheng was driven out of Beijing, he took away a large amount of gold, silver and jewelry that had been looted from the capital. With the defeat of the Dashun army, the whereabouts of this treasure have also become an unsolved mystery.

According to folk rumors, it is possible that Li Zicheng's treasure was buried in the following two locations:

The first is Mangshan in Yizhang County.

After Li Zicheng's defeat in Beijing, he and his Dashun army retreated all the way to the south, passing through Fenghuang in Hunan to Mangshan in Yizhang County. It is said that Li Zicheng had a total of 18 loads of treasure at that time, and these treasures were pulled by nine donkeys to Mangshan and buried in a cave.

The second is Jiangjiaping, Anfu County.

At that time, Li Zicheng was defeated in the capital and fled to the south with his treasures. In order to travel lightly, Li Zicheng divided all the treasures into several parts and buried them in different places. Li Zicheng entrusted his youngest son to the Jiang family, a prominent family in Jiangjiaping, and entrusted the treasure map to this family.

Relying on Li Zicheng's secret treasure, the Jiang family became a local wealthy overnight. During the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, Jiang Guangye (said to be the descendant of Li Zicheng's youngest son) became a wealthy man in Hunan. According to local legend, one day Jiang Guangye dreamed of an immortal and lost the treasure map in his hand when he played against him. After he woke up, he fell while climbing a mountain one day, and the treasure map was missing.

When Li Zicheng left the capital, he was bound to take a large amount of treasure with him, but whether these treasures were lost due to the war or buried in some unknown treasure cave has become an unsolved mystery.
