Jellyfish Network 2 Month 0 news（YMG全媒體記者 唐克 通訊員 周洪洋 攝影報導）記者昨日從煙台海事局獲悉，在3月28日煙台海事局組織召開的魯遼海上客運航線集中研討會上，煙台、大連、威海三地政企學研多方代表就煙大、威大等7條省際客運航線初步規劃方案以及《魯遼客運航線海上交通安全管理一體化合作機制》達成共識，這標誌著我國北方最繁忙的海上客運通道將迎來系統性升級。

On the basis of listening to the opinions of all parties, the meeting reached an agreement on the plan for 7 passenger (roll-off) transport routes of Yanda, Yanlu, Penglu, Longlu, Changlu, Weida and Pengda, and jointly formulated the "Luliao Passenger Route Marine Traffic Safety Management Integration Cooperation Mechanism".

According to the cooperation mechanism, the maritime, transportation and passenger transport companies of Yantai, Dalian and Weihai will cooperate in terms of route co-construction, safety co-governance and data sharing through organization and coordination, information sharing and joint consultation, so as to jointly build a maritime "highway" in the Bohai Strait and jointly build a large security pattern of maritime traffic in Luliao passenger routes.

魯遼省際既有客運航路目前為各轄區分段式管理，存在“鐵路員警各管一段”的管理困境。為進一步豐富和完善渤海海峽海上客（滾）運輸航線“一線一策”，規範魯遼客（滾）船及航線附近船舶航行秩序，引導客（滾）船沿航線航行，其他船舶安全有序讓行，提升客運安全保障與服務水準，服務保障魯遼兩地海洋經濟高質量發展，2025年3月，山東海事局、遼寧海事局、山東省交通運輸廳、遼寧省交通運輸廳聯合印發通知，開展魯遼海上客運航線研究劃定和公佈工作，航線劃定工作參考既有航路走向，兼顧周邊環境，尊重航行習慣，保障客運安全。
